
Karlee Boon is a producer, independent filmmaker and artist based in Portland, Oregon.
Since 2022, Karlee has produced a diverse range of projects from narrative shorts, music videos and photoshoots to commercials and feature films. As a filmmaker, she is drawn to narratives that explore the complexities of womanhood, queerness, and growing up through a distinctly female lens.
Karlee completed her coming-of-age horror short Night Shift in 2023. The film received the “Devil’s Discord” award for best original music & sound design at Portland Horror Film Festival, and was later released by online horror streamer Alter. Her work has been screened across the United States at festivals including Bend Film Festival, Tacoma Film Fest, and Dances with Films NYC. Most recently, Karlee produced Jacy Mairs’ debut feature film Trash Baby, which will have its World Premiere at the 2025 SXSW Film & TV Festival.
She currently works as an Associate Creative Producer at Revery. ​
